Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Greenford
Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £31,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
· Process requests and payments of goods and services using the financial system.
· Set up new suppliers and customers.
· Raise sales invoices, chase outstanding debts, and manage the collections process.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
· Assist with month-end procedures and financial reporting.
· Produce and update monthly reports.
· Prepare monthly payroll file for submission and assist with any payroll queries.
· Run management reports.
· Undertake any other relevant duties or instructions as directed by the line manager or Finance Director.
· Ensure all internal and external inquiries are logged and responded to accurately and promptly.
· Assist with any adhoc queries.
Essential:
· Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
· Proven 3-year experience of working within a finance role.
· Part-qualified member of CCAB.
· ICT literate with the ability to use all Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to meet deadlines.
· Demonstrate experience of working as part of a team.
Desirable:
· Experience of using Business world/Agresso.
Technologies:
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Financial system software
