Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm)
Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised Accountancy professional? Are you passionate about supporting finance operations and driving efficiency? We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Chiswick, London.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle accounts receivables and support credit control activities
· Process accounts payables, ensuring accurate and timely payments
· Conduct regular reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
· Utilise Xero and Sage 50 to manage accounts and financial transactions
· Excel proficiency to assist in data analysis and reporting
Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar role
· Strong knowledge of accounts receivables, credit control, and accounts payables
· Proficient in using accounting software, including Xero and Sage 50
· Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping
