Job description
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for organisation and minute taking. Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a talented individual to join their team on a temporary basis. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's executives by managing their diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all needs are met. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay £27.50 ongoing possibly 12-month FTC. Hybrid working 2 days in office in London (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update the executive diary/calendar on a daily basis.
· Coordinate requests for meetings promptly and efficiently.
· Organise both internal and external events, making arrangements for refreshments, hospitality, and travel as needed.
· Ensure all meetings are well-planned, administered, and action points are agreed upon and monitored.
· Act as a Formal Secretariat for key projects when necessary.
· Undertake forward planning by maintaining the executive schedule and identifying priorities.
· Prepare and issue agendas for meetings, produce accurate minutes, and reflect agreed actions.
· Identify opportunities for work to be delegated to other team members.
Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with extensive diary management and minute taking skills.
· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
