We are currently seeking three motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our client's contact centre team as Contact Centre Advisors. This is a part-time position based in Tamworth, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills and gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
· Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
· Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
· Record and maintain accurate customer information and details of each interaction.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
· Continuously enhance product knowledge to better assist customers.
Key Requirements:
· Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred.
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
· Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
· Flexibility to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and evenings.
Working Hours:
- Saturday and Sunday x 3: 08:00 - 16:00 (15 hours)
- Monday through Friday x 3: 08:00 - 12:00 (20 hours)
- Monday through Friday x 3: 15:00 - 19:00 (20 hours)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Tamworth
