Job title: Senior Customer Operations Assistant

Salary : £13.49 per hour

Contract Type : Temporary (6 months)

Start Date : 18th November 2024

Location : South Gyle, City of Edinburgh

As a Senior Customer Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our client's customers.

Responsibilities :

·  Handle customer calls and emails, ensuring that customer needs are met at the first point of contact.

·  Handling end to end processing of Smart cards and processing queries.

·  Provide support in resolving customer complaints with empathy and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

·  Build rapport with customers to develop and deepen customer relationships.

·  Maintain a good understanding of the organisation's products and services.
