Working as a Customer Care Coordinator for a well established company.
Main duties of the role will include -
Giving the best possible customer service experience by efficient order processing, delivery scheduling and queries. Whilst supporting the external sales team to increase customer loyalty and gain new business.
Must be willing to learn and work to procedures and be a team player.
Previous experience of using SAP would be an advantage.
