Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.49 per hour
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in office (initial 2-3 month training period is 100% office based)

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join the Private Banking Team, where you'll play an integral role in successfully enabling the operation to be a high performing team.
The nature of this role to provide an enhanced service to our Private Banking clients, ensuring that complex and high-value transactions are carried out quickly and smoothly on behalf of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle a range of financial transactions and inquiries professionally and efficiently, primarily through email communication.
· Effectively manage caseloads, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
· Prioritise workload effectively, ensuring that customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
· Deliver an elevated level of service to clients, exceeding their expectations and building long-term professional relationships.

Requirements:
· Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks performed.
· Experience in an Administrative role
· Proficient IT skills
· Capable of handling complex queries effectively, providing comprehensive solutions to meet client needs.
· Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and helpful demeanour at all times.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
