To provide an administrative service and general assistance as required; generating, managing and updating online staff rotas, filing, updating customer's information, managing databases, handling correspondence including via email, making and receiving telephone calls, assisting with recruitment campaigns.

� Input information onto databases
� Answer phone-calls, direct or take messages , passing on as appropriate
� Respond and send E-mails / make or receive phone calls, handling responses and dealing with queries
� Welcoming visitors and preparing refreshments
� Sorting, organising and sending outgoing post
� Ensure effective and appropriate written and verbal communication
� Co-ordinating recruitment from initial contact through to induction - managing recruitment files, shortlisting, telephone screenings, interviewing, regrets, offer packs, certifying ID documents, creating inductions
� Undertake recruitment administration
� Auditing files and reporting back to the management team
� Updating customer files, monitoring and prompting Service Supervisor when reviews are required
� Typing up confidential documents
� Photocopying and filing as required, both electronically and hard copies
� Monitoring stock of consumables and stationary, ordering replenishments when required
� Provide day to day support to the Supervisory team and manager.
� Work cooperatively with the rest of the team
� Attend required training
� Work within Trust's guidelines, policies and procedures
� Authorising and co-ordinating staff leave while keeping accurate records
� Taking accurate minutes of meetings and distributing these where appropriate
� Creating and distributing monthly customer monitoring files
� Reviewing and booking staff training, and supporting staff with online training where required
� Keeping accurate records where needed to assist the registered manager with reporting
� Auditing of office files to ensure files are correct and up to date
� Archiving of documents including end of year service archives, arranging collection into storage and maintaining records of archives.

Must hold valid DBS.
