Job Title: Assistant Coordinator

Duration: 12 months, extensions likely

Location: Warwick/Hybrid (once per week requirement in the office)

Salary: £32500 per annum

Join our client, a leading Utilities company based in Warwick, as their Assistant Coordinator. In this exciting role, you will provide essential support and assistance to the ET Property Coordinator and their team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 12 months with scope to extend, offering the flexibility of hybrid working. We are open to both full-time and part-time working hours, with the flexibility to accommodate school hours.

Key Accountabilities:
* Support the ET Property coordinator and leadership team with internal and external stakeholder communications.
* Carry out specific tasks in line with procedures, maintaining records, creating action trackers, and following up with others.
* Organise meetings, workshops, conferences, and other events both onsite and offsite.
* Assist in planning and coordinating travel arrangements, prioritising cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
* Coordinate with other departments, building strong relationships within the organisation.
* Order supplies for the team as needed.
* Provide support and assistance as required by the line manager or ET Property leadership team.
* Track and update internal distribution lists.

Requirements:
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident in managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly flexible, capable of managing conflicting priorities.
* Strong team player with a positive and approachable attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software.
