Job description
A superb opportunity to join our client as a Temporary Administrator until March 2025! This is a varied role within an amazing organisation offering a great working environment, free parking, etc and they are looking for somebody to start asap! Duties will include:-
· Dealing with B2B customers on a daily basis regarding their orders.
· Providing detailed quotes.
· Loading contracts onto the inhouse database.
· Checking and validating invoices.
· Supporting the pricing team.
· Providing accurate statements.
· Checking customers proof of ID, address, etc.
You will have:-
· An amazing attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
· The ability to multi-task and be able to adapt to change.
· A confident and professional telephone manner.
· Strong administrative skills gained in a fast paced environment.
· Plenty of initiative and happy to ask questions.
Our client offers hybrid working after the initial training period and the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
