Job description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator our client in Stevenage

Role Type: Contract

Length of Assignment: 12 weeks

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Pay Rate: £12.05ph

As an administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the area local operational management team with any administrative duties required on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Day to day administrative tasks and any other relevant duties as requested including HR paperwork, adhoc reports, and gathering information for compliants

·  Preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy including confidential letters and reports, so you must be able to exercise discretion

·  Participate in meetings, taking notes and minutes as required

·  Filing, both paper and electronic, to a high standard

·  Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the line manager

About you:

·  Educated to NVQ 3 or equivalent

·  Previous experience of working in an administrative environment

·  Comfortable and able to navigate IT systems, including Microsoft Office

·  Excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face, email, or telephone

·  Ability to work as part of a team

·  Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
