Job Title: Administrator
Location: Bolton
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly rate From: £12.25
Contract Length: 3 months
Working Pattern: Part-Time
Working Hours: Average 23 hours per week
Rota: 3 weekly rolling rota (1 in 3 weekends)
Responsibilities:
· Admissions: Setting up electronic and paper files/folders
· Updating notice boards with relevant information
· Managing and updating weekly admissions and discharges lists
· Producing bed occupancy reports
· Printing and maintaining stock of necessary paperwork
· Labelling client equipment
· Coordinating communication between departments
· Assisting social workers with generating contracts and standard letters
Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
· Proficient in using computer systems and software
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
· Familiarity with Liquid Logic or similar systems
· Previous experience in a healthcare or social services setting
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
