Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations of their back-office systems and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

·  Maintain and ensure smooth operations of back-office systems.

·  Investigate and troubleshoot any issues related to data flow and invoices.

·  Set up portals and assist clients in creating and managing their profiles.

·  Perform general office administration with a strong attention to detail.

·  Collaborate closely with the team to resolve any issues and provide excellent customer service.

·  Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

What our client is looking for:

·  A detail-oriented individual who can spot discrepancies and solve problems independently.

·  Someone who is proactive and takes ownership of their work.

·  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·  Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.

·  Previous experience in administration and working with office data is essential.

Additional responsibilities include:

·  Generate client portal accounts and assist clients with login queries.

·  Maintain and set up new back-office data feeds, performing daily, weekly, and monthly checks.

·  Update client policies as and when required.

·  Update client valuations, collate and send quarterly client valuation statements.

·  Reconcile transactions and add provider statements and receipts

·  Pay invoices and reconcile them.

·  Prepare, send, and reconcile quarterly client invoices.

·  Responsible for parking permits, stationary, consumables, printer, franking machine, and metre readings.

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration and working with office data is essential.

The work schedule for this role is 5 days per week, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Our client provides a parking permit for public parking off-site.
