Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Fixed Term Contract - 10 Months)
Industry: Banking
Our client, a leading organisation in the banking industry, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 10 months. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reviewing and updating the Charging Database
· Preparing fees for invoicing
· Checking invoice calculations prepared by the offshore team
· Resolving client queries
· Conducting horizontal financial reviews to prevent revenue leakage
· Updating procedures where processes have changed or are not sufficiently clear
· Undertaking UAT testing for new client onboarding
· Handling parts of the monthly invoicing cycle and month-end processes
· Inputting and updating accruals/invoice postings
· Conducting local market charging preparation and analysis
Required Experience:
· Previous experience in invoicing and accounting
· Experience with month/quarter/year-end processes and a track record of taking ownership of assigned tasks
· Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have:
· An accountancy qualification
