Adecco have an exciting opportunity to join a company based in central Newbury. Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday offering a salary of £19,000 - £21,000.

Duties include:

·  Maintaining the cash book

·  Sales and purchase ledgers

·  Processing payment runs

·  Inter-company billings

·  Expense management

·  Internal reporting

Candidates will ideally have/be:

·  Experience in a bookkeeping/accounts

·  Confident with Excel, Sage, Outlook and Word

·  Accuracy and attention to detail

·  Able to work autonomously and have a flexible approach to tasks

·  Able to prioritise workloads

·  Self-motivated and able to work in a small team environment
