You’ll play a key role in ensuring our event spaces are booked, our group guests are well taken care of, and every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Job Description

How does your working day look like …

·  You’ll be the ambassador for the 25hours Hotels brand  
·  You’ll succeed in forging the best links to our customers, so that you can sell every event very well and make it unforgettable for the client
·  You´ll support the group reservation for the hotel
·  You’ll support various projects from our Groups & Events Team in the hotel  
·  You’ll coordinate your daily schedule independently, and you’ll honour agreements even when your appointments diary and email inbox are full  
·  You’ll report directly to our Groups & Events Managers in our hotel  
·  You’ll keep the overall picture in view when every room in the building is booked simultaneously, and all the phone lines are red hot  

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

·  You may have first experience in organizing events or have worked in tourism and speak good English  
·  You have the ability to get people excited about our concept, and you’re a passionate salesperson  
·  You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it 
·  You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
