Billed as ‘the first luxurious integrated resort in Jeddah’, Rixos Obhur Jeddah will meet the increasing demand for luxurious hospitality paired with high-quality leisure activities in the area. The resort will host guests in 250 residential units, including 176 rooms and 74 villas, as well as a fine-dining restaurant, two specialty beach restaurants and a lounge bar. Among its many highlights will be an exclusive private beach. Other amenities are to include a central ballroom for events, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a spa, kids and teens clubs, and several swimming pools. All of this will be set amid green landscaping, golden beaches and a port.

 

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Wellness Instructor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wellness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and well-being among our clients through comprehensive wellness programs and personalized guidance.

·  Develop and lead engaging group fitness classes tailored to various fitness levels and abilities
·  Create and implement holistic wellness programs that encompass physical fitness, nutrition, and stress management
·  Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients, helping them achieve their personal wellness goals
·  Conduct wellness assessments and create individualized plans for clients
·  Offer nutritional guidance and educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices
·  Organize and facilitate workshops on stress management techniques and work-life balance
·  Maintain a safe and clean exercise environment, ensuring proper use of equipment
·  Stay updated on the latest trends and research in wellness and fitness
·  Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
·  Track and report on client progress and program effectiveness

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
·  Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) or similar certification
·  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in wellness instruction or a related field
·  Proficiency in developing and leading group fitness classes
·  Strong knowledge of wellness program development and implementation
·  Expertise in nutritional guidance and stress management techniques
·  Current First Aid and CPR certifications
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their wellness goals
·  Empathetic and supportive approach to client interactions
·  Proficiency in using fitness tracking software and equipment
·  Knowledge of various wellness practices and holistic health approaches
·  Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
·  Ability to adapt to the cultural context of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
