Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Rooms Attendant to join our hospitality team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a Rooms Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas.

·  Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards
·  Make beds and change linens as required
·  Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and other supplies
·  Vacuum, dust, and mop floors in assigned areas
·  Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor
·  Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met promptly
·  Follow proper handling and disposal procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
·  Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
·  Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations

Qualifications

·  Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
·  Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently
·  Friendly and professional with a customer-focused attitude
·  Basic English communication skills, any other languages are advantageous
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
·  Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred
·  Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is advantageous
·  Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and procedures
·  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
