Job Description

·  Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual.
·  Act as an Ambassador for the spa representing the brand values for colleagues establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders representing the values of the brand and Accor. This includes maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
·  Knowledgeable about all aspects of the pool/spa and all facilities.
·  Report to work on time and handover with the previous shift.
·  Always maintain a courteous, friendly and professional demeanour with guest/members.
·  Maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of any equipment.
·  Assist in the operation of the reception, treatment areas and whenever possible for spa guests and colleagues.
·  Confirm with guests on scheduled appointment at check-in, pre assign lockers accordingly and maintain guest history files.
·  Maintain the confidentiality policy for all spa guests and employees.

 

·  Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times.                
·  Maintain locker rooms and towel stations in a tidy manner.
·  Check, clean and stock lockers when needed.
·  Maintain toiletries in locker room vanities.
·  Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basis.
·  Direct Members/Guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible.
·  Assist Members/Guests with use of sauna, steam, Jacuzzi etc.
·  Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
