Job Description

As a Hotel Welcomer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is comfortable from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

·  Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
·  Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
·  Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities as needed
·  Respond to guest requests and deliver items to rooms as needed.
·  Maintain the cleanliness of public areas such as the lobby and entrances.
·  Work closely with reception and concierge to ensure smooth guest experiences.
·  Assist with parking and valet services

 

Qualifications

Key Skills & Qualifications :

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
·  Ability to lift and carry luggage and assist guests as needed.
·  A team player with a positive outlook.
·  Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is an advantage but not essential.
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
·  Full, clean driver's license essential to this role
