Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
·  Complete a seamless check in and check out service for all our guests
·  To act as a point of contact for all guests, to provide assistance and offer them efficient customer service, identify their needs as well as product knowledge
·  Ensure the correct handling of guest messages, mail and packages
·  To know details of the day’s arrivals, identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
·  Working with the Duty Manager on a daily basis to best serve our guests
·  Assist in arranging room moves, select appropriate rooms and arrange for luggage to be moved

Qualifications

·  Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role
·  Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
·  Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
