The role of Commis Waiter/Waitress is integral to a smooth and slick service supporting our Chef de Rang, to ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience in our all-day dining brassiere, The Balcon.
You will support the team with the set-up before service, running our delicious dishes, ensuring the breakfast offering is looking perfect. We offer regular menu tasting, wine and Champage training and much more to ensure you develop both professional and personally.
