Job Description

·  Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations
·  Developing measures to assure personnel safety.
·  Facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines.
·  Assist in conducting risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
·  Assist the Head of Safety to organize OHS training of employees and executives.
·  Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment).
·  Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
·  Record and investigate incidents to determine root causes and advise on corrective measures.
·  Understand the operation of electrical, refrigeration, and Fire Fighting systems.
·  Communicate with different departments and to provide them with information and assistance.
·  Assists management and enforcement officers in emergency situations.
·  Complies and records data for Safety Control.
·  Investigates & Document all incidents, accidents, and safety-related activities in a clear and concise manner, maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Be committed to exceeding guest expectations.
