Job Description

About you

·  Experience with local market knowledge in hospitality industry.
·  Passion, interest and confidence in coffee, wine & spirits with a focus on locally sourced product, ensuring quality and consistency of our offering.
·  A commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
·  Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious.
·  Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
·  A high standard of grooming and presentation.
·  The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends.

What you will be doing?

·  Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
·  Supervise and delegate duties, ensure brand standards are maintained.
·  Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.

This is a Full-Time role - 38 hours per week.
