What is Tamayyaz Program?

Tamayyaz is a Nationalization Development Program that enables Saudi talents to acquire the needed skills & knowledge for various professions within the hospitality field within a specific time frame by using a combination of classroom learning and On Job Training.

Job Description

·  To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the employees satisfaction in order to make a professional first impression of the Sales and Marketing Office
·  Prepare and issue commercial contracts to stakeholders in line with hotel policies
·  Maintain strict confidentiality of information at all times
·  Have a thorough understanding of hotel policies and procedures and be able to provide up to date information and promptly handle/ answers all inquiries made to the Sales and Marketing Office
·  To take notes during meetings and share them with all concerned
·  Maintain accurate storage of documents are ensure that they are easy accessible
·  Manage the diary and schedule of the DOSM
·  To be entrepreneurial and to think beyond the boundaries is expected and not requested
·  To prioritise tasks and manage the expectations of the Sales and Marketing team in a busy work environment
·  Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems & Opera

Qualifications

·  Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
·  Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
·  Basic English skills are a must.
·  Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
·  Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
