Job Description

·  Experienced in personnel affairs, payroll and labor law practices 
·  Ability to follow Human Resources processes, 
·  To be able to make Human Resources planning in line with the determined business plan and targets, 
·  To carry out personnel selection and placement, preparation and implementation of orientation programs, 
·  To manage the applications for the qualification, training and development of the personnel, 
·  Coordinating internal and external trainings, giving and measuring traintrainingl work in cooperation with the Cluster T&C team, 
·  It will be able to reflect our corporate culture to our employees.

Qualifications

·  Graduated from the relevant departments of the University or Vocational School, 
·  3 years of experience in a similar position 
·  Able to communicate well in English, 
·  Able to use MS Office programs, 
·  Strong in communication, 
·  Having knowledge of KVKK legislation, 
·  Management, organization and planning skills, 
·  Open to innovation and self development 
·  Preferably with Accor experience.
