We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent & Culture Executive to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture and supporting our employees throughout their journey with us.
· Manage day-to-day HR administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency
· Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system
· Process work permit applications in accordance with company policy and local regulations
· Draft and distribute employee communications, including newsletters and announcements
· Organize and execute employee engagement activities, including social and recreational events
· Provide first-line support for employee queries related to HR matters
· Assist in the recruitment process, including screening applications and coordinating interviews for associate-level positions
· Conduct reference checks and manage the online application process for shortlisted candidates
· Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation, enrollments, and orientation
· Verify and process contractor and vendor invoices in collaboration with the Finance department
· Prepare payroll inputs and verify salary registers
· Coordinate with the Facilities team to maintain employee accommodations and ensure cleanliness of common areas
· Manage the distribution of meal coupons for contractual employees
Qualifications
· MBA in Human Resources or Bachelor's in Hospitality Management (BHM)
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
· Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
· Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation
· Familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulations
· Experience in event planning and execution
· Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
