Job description
Key tasks
• Establish, direct and maintain the standards of So Spa’s etiquette and service in all interactions with guests and staff
• Execute the business objectives and verbiage to all employees is ongoing
• Hire, train and manage team members to be accountable for their actions
• Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings & offerings
• Look for every opportunity to suggest new and enhanced guest experiences, to encourage positive staff behaviour and to direct effectively
• Communicate housekeeping and maintenance needs to the relevant departments and ensure they are actioned

Essential and optional requirements
• Competent in written and spoken English (Chinese is also preferable)
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in spa industry, hotel experience is preferred
• Certification in spa-related courses
• Strong leadership skills, training skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
