Job Description

·  Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, answering any initial inquiries.
·  Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and availability.
·  Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
·  Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
·  Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, seeking resolution.
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
·  Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
·  Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
·  Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
·  Maintain accurate records of appointments, guest information, and daily transactions.
·  Assist with inventory management of spa products and supplies.
·  Prepare treatment rooms for each guest, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and welcoming.
·  Assist therapists with guest check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
·  Promote spa memberships, packages, and special offers.
·  Provide information about spa events and promotions.
·  Assist with the development of marketing materials as needed.

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent.
·  Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite or similar software.
