ABOUT THE ROL E
•Personally welcome and escort all guests of Arkipela
•Deal with the inquiries and complaints of the Guests tactfully and initiate follow-up action
•To ensure that all guests are provided with concise information concerning the services and facilities provided at Arkipela Spa

•Excellent guest service and communication skills.
•Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about wellness and hospitality.
•Flexible to work on weekends and shifts as required.
