Job Description
Job Summary: The Conference Services Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of Group conferences, meetings, and events hosted at the hotel. Once Group contracts have been fully executed, the CSM will then work closely with clients, hotel staff, and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of events while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
Primary Duties:
Serve as the liaison between Accounting, Reservations, Front Desk, Banquets, and all other Operations teams to ensure good communication and overall execution of Group events. Create BEOs and Resumes/Recaps for groups. Onsite management of all aspects of service execution related to Group events.
Secondary Duties:
Menu customization, group guest room pick up management, checking for billing accuracy, vendor management, audio/visual management, and overall quality assurance.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel Conference Services/Catering/Sales. Delphi, Opera/hotel PMS, Cvent Event Diagramming, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent organization and time management skills, detailed-oriented professional with solid multi-tasking ability.

Salary Range: $77,000 - $89,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)
