Job Description

Assist guests with spa related information, giving them personal attention, anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities

·  Keep the Spa areas  clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times
·  Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required
·  Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc.
·  Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs.
·  Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
·  Consistently engaging with guests.
·  Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.

 

Qualifications

Customer service experience required, preferably within a Luxury hotel environment

·  Housekeeping experience preferred
·  High School Diploma or equivalent
·  Ability to work well independently and as a team
