Maintains Good Knowledge
· All spa features and services.
· All wet and dry areas.
Performs Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cleaning and Maintenance as per Checklist
· Greets each guest with a warm welcome and fond farewell.
· Accommodates all guest requests expediently and courteously.
· Responsible for linen, towel and guest amenities supply and stocking
· Must performs the daily task schedule in the checklist.
· Keeps floor clean with regular sweeps, mops, vacuuming and scrubbing when required.
· Cleans entrance doors daily to include door frames and tracks.
· Brushes upholstery on furniture, and straighten.
· High and low dusting daily, cleans all countertops including retail area.
· Cleans and polishes all glass and mirrors, planters, signs, wall light fixtures.
· Cleans and polishes reception counters, empties trash and replaces all liners.
· Refills all restroom supplies, cleans toilets, toilets seats, urinals, sinks and counters.
· Cleans entire shower area with disinfectant cleaner. Wipes down walls of steam room, mops steam room floor with disinfectant, and cleans door to steam room.
· Sweeps and damp mops restroom floor with disinfectant cleaner, empties waste baskets and sanitary napkin holders.
· Cleans spots, fingerprints, marks or graffiti from walls, stalls partitions, glass, aluminum and switches.

· Minimum one year experience in customer service, hospitality or the spa industry.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Competencies
· Able to converse in English.
· Ability to contribute and work effectively in a team.
· Able to withstand physically heavy duties.
· Has good guest relations.
