Job Description

·  Ensure that operations are conducted following Company and international safety & quality standards
·  Guarantee the best possible execution of all Dive Center and Water Sports operations
·  Comply with the administrative duty
·  Keep excellent relation with all other departments
·  Keep equipment and facility in optimal working conditions
·  Ensure financial growth and efficiency
·  Ensure perfect communications with the Team, GM & RM, other departments, guests and third parties
·  Execute the given goals and special tasks in order to reach broader Company objectives according with the GM & RM instruction and outright report with progress and issues 
·  Promote the Company Culture
·  Support logistically and “emotionally” the team to ensure that they can perform always at their best
·  Assist the management in creating and improving activities and policies
·  Keep excellent relation with all other departments
·  Assist the management in creating and improving activities and policies
·  Increase customer retention
·  Improve our service approach for new and existing customers
·  Keep under strict control lost & damages of the equipment
·  Guarantee that all the equipment is kept in the best conditions and that regular and extraordinary maintenance are done within due dates
·  Implement and regularly check and regularly test safety procedures
·  Ensure that the equipment is used in the most appropriate and safe way possible by guests and staff
·  Make sure that PADI/SSI standards are met
·  If required help with activities
·  Conforms to policies and procedures, laid down by the Company and carry on duties & responsibilities as directed by the direct reports (GM/RM)
·  Ensure that all communications are properly convey up and down the scale of command

Qualifications

·  PADI/SSI MSDT or above in teaching status
·  Valid professional insurance with RC
·  Excellent English plus 1 additional language
·  PC Knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
·  Leadership
·  Friendly, professional and positive attitude
·  Safety minded 
·  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
·  Organizational skills
·  Excellent water skills
·  Able to calmly handle stressful emergency situation
