Job Description

·  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
·  Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
·  Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
·  Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
·  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on corporate sales.
·  Strong leadership and team management skills.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
·  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
