Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and management team to strengthen and maintain the hotel’s brand identity across all channels.
· Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive room, F&B, and events revenue.
· Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website content updates, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, social media engagement, online advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
· Build partnerships with local businesses, corporate clients, and tourism boards to enhance the hotel’s visibility and reach.
· Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and bloggers to generate positive media coverage.
· Prepare press releases, coordinate media visits, and support PR activities to highlight hotel initiatives and offerings.
· Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and promotional collaterals in line with brand standards.
· Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and new marketing opportunities.
· Support the organization of internal and external marketing events, promotions, and campaigns to increase guest engagement and brand awareness.
· Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and guest experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
· Solid understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital marketing strategies.
· Strong copywriting skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
· Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, website CMS, and web analytics.
· Creative, innovative, and able to conceptualize engaging campaigns targeting key market segments.
· Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
· Basic design skills and experience with photography/videography would be advantageous.
· Familiarity with hotel systems and CRM tools is a plus.
