Job Description

•To efficiently supervise and manage the Security Guards during his/her shift.
•Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all security related equipment in the department.
•Assist the Security Manager enforcing policies, procedures, rules and regulations set by the hotel in order to achieve uniformity and the required standard. 
•Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, guests and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
•Secure and control office and outlet keys.
•Do the patrolling inspection.
•Follow all Occupational Health and Safety rules upheld by the hotel.

Qualifications

•Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Able to work long and irregular hours as and when required, as well as night shift.
•Ability to work under pressure.

•Bachelor degree or High school diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset.
•Speak and write English fairly well.
•Working knowledge of MS Office.
•Training in Fire Fighting, First Aid and Life Saving drills from a certified institution.
