We are seeking a professional and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in Washington, United States. This part-time position involves working overnight shifts and weekends to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

·  Patrol designated areas on foot or in a vehicle to monitor and report suspicious activities
·  Control access to the facility by checking identification and issuing visitor badges
·  Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems, responding promptly to any alerts
·  Conduct regular security checks of buildings, grounds, and parking areas
·  Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of all security-related activities
·  Assist in emergency situations, including coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary
·  Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment
·  Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent
·  Valid security officer license for the state of Washington
·  Strong observation and reporting skills
·  Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
·  Proficiency in using security equipment (e.g., surveillance systems, radios)
·  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
·  Physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods
·  Basic computer skills for report writing and communication
·  Previous experience in security or law enforcement (preferred)
·  First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
·  Familiarity with local laws and regulations
·  Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in high-pressure situations
·  Flexibility to work part-time, including overnight shifts and weekends
