Job Description
Security Executive
· Assigning Patrol Duties: Schedule and assign security guards to their daily patrols within the hotel complex and its premises, ensuring comprehensive coverage and optimal security presence.
· Maintaining Discipline and Conduct: Enforce discipline and adherence to the code of conduct among security guards, addressing any instances of indiscipline by reporting and recording them with the Head of Security.
· Alert and Responsible: Stay vigilant and accountable for the overall security operations, maintaining a proactive approach to potential security issues and ensuring the safety and well-being of all hotel guests and staff.
What you will be doing:
· Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises
· Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
· Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control
· Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Qualifications

· Relevant security experience is an asset
· Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
· Highly responsible & reliable
