We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Security Associate to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets.

·  Monitor and operate surveillance equipment, access control systems, and alarm systems
·  Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security risks
·  Control access to the facility, verifying employee and visitor credentials
·  Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols
·  Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
·  Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
·  Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
·  Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security best practices
·  Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent
·  Valid security guard certification as per local regulations in Pune, India
·  2-3 years of experience in security or a related field
·  Proficiency in operating security equipment, including surveillance systems and access control systems
·  Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk assessment
·  Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
·  Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports
·  Computer literacy and familiarity with security management software
·  First Aid and CPR certification
·  Physical ability to stand for extended periods and patrol large areas
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
·  Knowledge of local security laws and regulations in Pune, India
