Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training and protocols.
·  Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations at the end of every treatment
·  Take initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgrades
·  Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
·  Working alongside the Spa team of receptionists and fitness instructors in a team environment 
·  Other duties as assigned

Job Type – Full-time, Part-time and Casual Positions. Availability to work Monday – Friday and weekends and holiday periods.

Qualifications

·  Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
·  You must be eligible to live and work in the UK 
·  Beauty Therapy HNC/HND/ Level 3 /ITEC
