This is not a “hands-on therapist” role, it is a strategic leadership position for someone who can elevate guest experience, team culture, and financial outcomes simultaneously.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Spa & Wellness, you will oversee all day-to-day spa operations while driving performance, standards, and guest satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
· Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing spa team
· Driving revenue growth and achieving monthly KPIs
· Managing rosters, labour cost control and productivity benchmarks
· Retail strategy and sales performance
· Maintaining Forbes / 5-star service standards
· Guest journey oversight and service recovery
· Stock management and supplier relationships
· Supporting wellness programming and activations
· Ensuring compliance, hygiene, and operational excellence
Qualifications
About You
You are:
· An experienced Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in a luxury environment
· Commercially astute with strong financial literacy
· Confident managing KPIs, payroll percentages, and retail conversion
· A natural leader who builds culture, not just rosters
· Immaculate in presentation and communication
· Calm under pressure and solution-focused
· Passionate about wellness, service artistry, and guest experience
Essential:
· Minimum 3–5 years leadership experience in a premium spa
· Strong knowledge of spa booking systems
· Proven track record of driving revenue and retail performance
