Job Description
· Conduct effective sales calls daily to secure business leads and develop the hotel's client portfolio.
· Identify and generate business leads on a weekly basis, continuously expanding our corporate market presence.
· Prepare a monthly list of target accounts and action plans to capture new business and enhance market share.
· Schedule at least two site inspections or entertainment meetings weekly with potential or new accounts, showcasing the hotel's unique offerings.
· Regularly review account profiles based on room nights production and average rate to meet or exceed set goals.
· Monitor competitor rates, account penetration, and marketing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
· Take full responsibility for accounts under your management, including contracting, profile updates, and contract renewals.
· Coordinate with management for VIP arrivals, meeting and greeting clients to ensure exceptional service.
· Actively up-sell and cross-sell hotel services to optimize sales revenue.
· Conduct negotiations to achieve favorable rates and maximize profit for the hotel.
· Represent the hotel at local business events to network and maintain visibility within the business community.
· Keep the Director of Business Development informed of market trends and emerging business opportunities.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in a corporate sales role within the hospitality industry
· Strong negotiation and networking skills
· Ability to analyze and adapt to market trends
· Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
· Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
