Job Description
Sales Manager – Azure Beach Club
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing Azure Beach Club’s market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury and hospitality sectors, with a proven track record of sales success in the region.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Middle Eastern market to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, corporate clients, and travel agents. Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Middle East. Utilize this data to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
· Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
· Oversee and participate in promotional events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance Azure Beach Club’s visibility and attract potential clients.
· Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve revenue goals while maintaining cost efficiency.
· Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Qatar or Middle East.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
· Arabic speaker is preferred.
· Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to the operations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
