Job Description

·  Part Time role - 3 days per week
·  Assist the Sales team with system data entry and tracking 
·  Assist the team with weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting and presentations as required
·  Sales administration support including but not limited to processing supplier invoices, arranging travel and trade show participation
·  May be required to assist in the planning of sales calls for the Sales team 
·  Coordinate a recording system for all incoming and outgoing correspondence
·  Assist in maintaining files for the Sales team
·  When possible, depending on workload, assist the team in the production of outgoing communication material
·  To assist with research and competitive analysis when required
·  Assist in the distribution of materials when required to clients and external parties

Qualifications

·  Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
·  Strong administrative and organisational skills. 
·  Ability to adapt and persevere under pressure. 
·  Enthusiasm and infectious energy to contribute towards a positive working environment. 
·  A desire to grow your skills and make the most of being mentored by supportive Sales leaders.
