Job Description

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director of Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

·  Utilize Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook on a day to day basis
·  Resolve client issues an engaging way.
·  Provide warm and engaging service in a fast pace and challenging work environment.
·  Assist with the maintenance of accounts, contact, activity and business details within appropriate software applications
·  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
·  Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers
·  Manage all incoming telephone enquiries effectively, ensuring all guest requests are addressed efficiently
·  Provide administrative assistance to all members of the Sales and team
·  Maintain a positive relationship with all guests, vendors, colleagues and global sales network
·  Ensure all Sales promotional literature is current and updated
·  Update and ensure accuracy with all mailing lists
·  Prepare and disseminate month-end reports as required
·  Follow departmental policies and procedures
·  Follow all safety policies
·  Other duties as assigned 
·  Pay rate: $32.06 USD Gross per hour

 

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Previous experience within luxury market, in similar or related role, preferred.
·  Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications required (Micros Opera S&C, and Meeting Matrix preferred).
·  University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
·  Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and problem solving abilities.
·  Highly responsible, reliable and ethical.  A reputation for honesty and integrity.
·  Ability to multi-task and take direction from multiple sources; while still prioritizing and maintaining control over workload.
·  Team player who is results oriented and highly motivated self-starter.
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
·  Ability to work days, nights and weekend; when necessary.

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

·  Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
·  Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
·  Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

Visa Requirements:
Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
