Job Description
We are seeking dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nigerian market
· Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
· Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
· Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including digital marketing and networking events
· Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to senior management
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
· Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
· Expertise in social media marketing and digital marketing strategies
· Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
· Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
· Knowledge of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior
· Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices
· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
· Professional certifications in sales or marketing (preferred)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
· Strong organizational and time management skills
