Job description
Key tasks
• To put back the Basic System & Procedures in daily operation of Rooms Division Department, Front Office and Housekeeping Department, regarded to the brands of the hotel.
• To strengthen the Room Division Team either in front Office, Housekeeping and Laundry.
• To ensure the Sales & Marketing Support programs from ACCOR Network are well implemented in daily operation.
• To maximize room division department productivity.
• To ensure the EVALPACK control system is implemented in a daily operation.
• Building an image the strong system controls in Rooms Division department of ACCOR hotel are well implemented.

Essential and optional requirements
Indonesian nationality, Previous experience (2 years) the position in upscale international commercial hotel environment.
Understand upscale service and the expectations of upscale guest.
Able to create positive and effective working relationship with both Guests & Talents (employees)
Suitably qualified in hospitality or business management
Fluent in both verbal and written English communication additional languages advantages
