Job Description

· 
Represent Kakadu Tourism and both hotels at trade shows, industry events, and in communications with key stakeholders such as NT Tourism, Tourism Top End, and Parks Australia.

· 
Develop and execute the annual business plan, coordinate trade training and product familiarisations, and ensure agents are kept up to date with company offerings.

· 
Lead sales reporting, new business enquiries, and strategic feedback on pricing and market trends, while fostering strong industry relationships to drive brand exposure and revenue growth.

Qualifications

· 
Proven success in tourism or hospitality sales, with strong stakeholder management experience.

· 
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build high-impact relationships across government and commercial sectors.

· 
Commercial acumen with the ability to develop long-term strategic plans, drive revenue, and adapt in a fast-evolving market.
