직무 설명

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

 

•Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacity

•Fluent English and Korean skills   (both verbal and written)

•Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

•Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through

•Extensive knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends

•Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility

자격 요건

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

•Support the Sales team with quotations, contract preparation, and reservation system input for rooms, banquets, and events

•Facilitate internal coordination between Sales and Operations teams, ensuring smooth event execution

•Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Director and team for proposals and special assignments

•Support the coordination of VIP arrivals, internal meetings, and occasional customer experience events as required

•Showcasing hotel facilities to potential clients

•Keeping accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

•Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the hotel
